I'm 16 and engaged and the law says you must be 18years old to sign the Affidavit of Support,But could my father sign the form for me?Also what if I met the yearly income?Please respond A.S.A.P,Thanks.

i think you want a K-1 visa.. you might want to ask that there.. if you are 16 i think the Affidavit of Support might not be your only issue..
