Are those the same people who buy real estate with a credit card or who hum the Australian national anthem in their sleep or who think genocide is a good idea?

Poor Johnnyquest, living in the state hit hardest by the recession. How's the property doing down there? Or is that a touchy subject. ;)

With the way prices are going in Aus, I could probably buy the entire Keys. Though I am just not interested, as the beaches just don't compare to that of AUS or my place in the Mediterranean.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

You should buy Greece.

Maybe partner with someone with real money (like mawilson) if you can't pull it off yourself.

I looked into Greece. They're still relatively more expensive than two new places in Florida.

Actually, I was thinking about removing all the Joyce stuff at some point in the near future and having a "normal" avatar & signature, but now I can't because of principle! Darnell, you've created a monster!

Monsters are for cooking !!! with a bit of sesame oil, on the side... Yuuuuuuuuuuuuuum - good eating !

If the Joyce fetus has emerged in a healthy fashion, perhaps is time to post some baby fotos, instead?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

But way nicer. Florida is a hole comparatively.

What are you talking about? Anyone who reads lonelyplanet or any other actual travel oriented books or magazines knows that Florida is the place to be. Whereas, apart from have shitty weather, the Mediterranean has all of those coastal storms. They don't even have Haitian gangs (amongst others) to the likes that roam ad kill in Florida.

Europeans are just like totally jealous of this.

BY - you would be doing everyone a giant favour if you put your head between your legs and disappeared up your own arsehole.

Why thank you Ronald McDonald.
