June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

Hey, I didn't know that your fiance is from Oklahoma. I think you mentioned that before and I just forgot somehow? Lol. Lawton is an hour and a half drive from Oklahoma City.

Good luck tomorrow!! Yeah about an hour or hour and a half before the appointment is good. Check out our timeline. Mhay was there first thing in the morning (had 0715 appointment). She gave me a good timeline on when everything went down.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

30 minutes before you appointment time/interview should be fine.

I was there an hour before my interview for 8 AM, got my number and yet my number flashed an hour later for my finger scanning.

Then another hour for my pre-screening, and another 45 minutes for the actual interview with a consul.

Tips!

-Be very attentive on the numbers being flashed on the board as the questions being raised to you by the screener and the consul.

-Don't get intimidated by the pre-screener.

-Know by heart important details in your relationship.

-Always tell the truth.

-PRAY!

We got there extra early, they let us in early with the first batch, and then we proceeded to sit around anyway...

I'd say an hour early is a safe bet, though. Sometimes the early bird actually gets the worm.

Regardless, we were out of there with pink slip in hand by 0930.

Wilma's interview was at 7am. She was there at 5:45 am...they let them in at 6am.....she was out by 8:30. The embassy appointment email says arrive there 1 hour before your interview time.
