I'm waiting for my $400 fee to be cleared so I can send out my DS-230. My problem is that Vanessa lived outside of Colombia twice. Once at her cousins for three months in 2008(july-Oct) and the second (Late Oct-Early Feb). I have not listed these as address since this was not her place of residence, but will this be a problem. She has to show that she was outside of her country,, right?? I'm about two months away from our interview, so I don't know if it's just stress or I have a good reason to freak out. Please advise.

Well, I know on the DS-230 form it says list places that you have lived for 6 months or longer since the age of 16. Mhay had been to japan only 3 or 4 months, but I listed that on her DS-230. I cant say what the NVC wants there as my case got expedited through. Mhay got her visa though.

As far as it being a problem?? I cant see where it would be as she didnt stay for 6 months or longer. It's hard to say what the person reviewing the form will be nit-picking about that day though.
