Hi guys

We sent our I-130 and we got our NOA2 on december 4/09,after waited 4 months we called to the USCIS a couple of week ago and the lady told my wife that they took our process in on december 9,and we might get something around may from the USCIS.They are not telling anything clear of our process...

What we have to do other than waiting ?its already has been 5 months and the lady said wait 6 months why is that? i did not get any RFE either.

I just worried if the USCIS might denied our process is it possible?? i m trying to be patient and keep in faith

pls help

thanks!!

Correct me if I am wrong.. You already received a NOA2 right? if they sent u a NOA2 then your case will be forwarded to the NVC.. call the NVC and ask for your case number. (603) 334-0700

Its hard to contact them but keep trying ok.. you will experience that the phone is busy. Its normal to them..

Mine was approved in 5 months plus one week. I suggest you wait. The day before I got my approval I had faxed my request to my congress rep. I sent it late that day so I know that had nothing to do with it.
