hey - yer interview was today - how did it go ?

Ouch. OK. Hang in there !

Can you at least tell us WHAT you interviewed for? ie

1. New CR-1 visa from new I-130 petition being filed or

2. re-affirmed I-130, new CR-1 visa or

3. re-affirmed I-129F, new K-3 visa

or something else ?

Done for 3 years or 10 years. Haven't decided yet.

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Statements have context. K3 is dead unless, like you, the I-129F for spouse cleared NVC before February 1, 2010.

I'm convinced it's a re-affirmed K-3, at this point, until she says differently.

I think is strange, though - if she got approved on the 21st, surely she would tell us?

I smell a blue slip (221g) or an outright denial. I hope it's not the denial, though.

Ah - so you got a 221(g) - they asked for new NBI clearance?

That makes sense - I'll guess yer prior NBI clearance is a bit old.

No I am not getting 221(g) I dont think that is how i call it.

Like what you have read I have my interview last may 21 and when i was in my final interview the consul told me to wait for my name to be called outside and they are going to tell me what a lacking document/s i am going to submit and how to pass it. So when my name was called again the filipino guy told me nothing to worry because they only need my nbi clearance with aka because my middle name in nso birth was a wrong one but i got it corrected before I applied to get my passport. What they want me to do is they want me to get the wrong middle name in nbi office. I got it and went back to the embassy last may 26 and they said they will review my papers and thats it. Anyway last may 21 they told me to go to air21 and registered so i did and have a tracking number but i dont know now coz it is 8 days since i have submitted my nbi with aka and still got nothing (am counting saturdays and sundays).

Well, that's at least some good news, yes?

--they kept yer passport

--you turned in stuff they asked for

--you have air21 weighbill (waybill?) tracking #.

I hope is not another long wait on AP.

Suggest you have yer US Spouse call the DOS Hotline (# in my profile), inquire for case status.
