Form G325a issues

Good evening all. Thanks to all that have helped with my previous questions. I am detemined not to involve lawyers in this process!!

My question is simple: When filling out the form G325a, I write NONE in the Alien Reg Number and the US Social Security Number section but when I tab out of it, the form automatically puts in 000-00-000 instead of the word NONE.

WIll this cause me problems? Should I tippex out and hand write?

Also I read that the form needs 4 copies if sending with the I-130. Is this right?

i had the same problem i just left it blank and printed the G-325A off and worte NONE in black pen

No, it will not cause any problem. They set to form up on purpose to do that.

pushbrk is correct- i did it too and it came out as zeros... If you really think about it, you dont have an A number so it is all zeros, like when I was added to hubby's benefits they had to put numbers (zeros) in the space of my SSN so the system could accept it. Nothing to worry about.

Only one for the petitioner and one for the beneficiary is required now.

It is not a good idea to leave any boxes empty or questions unanswered. Leaving areas empty could lead to the misinterpretation that information has been left out. If nothing applies you should put N/A or if in this case you have no number you should put NONE or as pushbrk noted above the numbers 000-000-000 would also be acceptable. Good luck.

Holy #######. Now i am a scared. I dont want to received RFE for this as I would have to get my spouse to send me another signed G325A and that would take atleast 20 days.

I just have to pray that it doesnt delay my process. Anyone else think it might be a problem? Should I have my spouse send me another G325 Signed just in case?

The instructions and common advise is not to leave anything blank but those boxes are not a problem.
