If information does not fit into the space on the i-130 form you can use a seperate piece of paper right? how does that work? is it just a regular blank pice of paper or a special piece? if its just a regular sheet then how would i write it in? can someone please explain to me in detail

ya, is 'addendum sheet'.

at top and bottom , put 'Addendum - I-130 Petition LASTNAME1/LASTNAME2'

where LASTNAME1 = petitioner's last name and

LASTNAME2 = beneficiary's last name and

PUT THE LAST NAMES IN CAPITAL LETTERS

then at the bottom, put a page __ of __ (also)

the top/bottom is silly, I know, but the petition will be set up in 2 hole punch thingie at USCIS, so ya can't be sure what's visible.

For the item itself, include the item # from the form, then the errata, ie

13. Jones Tremendian Explenapenitaria, 2339

(then, on the I-130 itself, handwrite in - 'See Addendum'

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

The piece of paper should be 25% cotton bond paper and either hot pink or baby blue in color. All information should be in purple or green ink and it should be folded in the shape of an eagle. Use A4 size paper, not 8.5 X 11 unless you're awake. If awake, jsut use plain white paper and black or blue ink. :devil:

There are no names of employers on the I-130. Those are on the G325a forms. Abbreviate and just use city and state, instead of the full address.

Shouldn't that be a North American Bald Eagle? You know, the American national bird and symbol? <grin>

Page 1 of x

Page 2 of x

where "x" is the total number of pages you need to use to accomplish the mission, and with the header information as already described at the top of each page...

Hope this helps!
