i came here in u.s. under k1 visa january 28, 2009 and got married march 2009. haven't file aos yet but thinking of filing it this month (april 2010).

we moved to a different place 3 times in mo last year and moved up here in iowa (january 2010) cus hubby got a job here, but i didn't gvve the immigration any notice.

will it be a problem for us?

then i knew i need to go through medical again, do i have to do it and send the results along with my aos application or would i have to wait for the immigration to tell me what to do?

pls we need a quick response. thank u so much folks!

usually the medical exam and results have a 1 year validity. So, since yer past that 1 year window, prepare to get another medical exam at a civil surgeon.

I think you'll be ok on the vaccinations, however.

Good Luck ! File Soonish !

Your overstay should be forgiven. You will definitely need a new medical from a Civil Surgeon.

I would file as soon as possible at this point. Borrow some money if you need to.

Good luck...

You have to file I-130 with I-485 cuz itz have already been 90 days of your entry on K-1.

File sooner. If you get approved, your overstaying will be forgiven.

NOOOOOOOOO.... as long as they were married before the 90 days then NO I-130 is needed... just file the I-485

You are giving out wrong information.

Ya Ya, I know - the advice is free, but -

it's also WRONG.

But - hey - come on - vette yer data, cite yer source, and I'll move my brain from 'Unique is Wrong' to 'Unique proved her point with a exception'
