I was just going over the AOS check list.

Before my wife had her medical exam for the K-1 visa she was missing the last inoculation of her Hepatitis B and her Rubella shot. After her interview she obtained both vaccinations. On her form DS-3025 it doesn't have the last Hepatitis B or Rubella shots. She has proof of vaccination from the doctor that administered the shots.

My question is....

Do I have to go to a civil surgeon and get a blood titer? Or can we send in the DS-3025 as is? I'm a little worried because her I-94 expires on the 15th and if for some reason we can't get a appointment or results back before then will this be a big problem?

If the DS-3025 is not complete for vacciantions for AOS then you will need the complete history (DS-3025 plus added vaccinations received) transcribed by a CS.... The I-485 will still be processed even if submitted after the expiration of the I-94
