Afternoon everyone! We're having a beautiful warm day here! Love it when it's in the 80's.

Felt the earthquake yesterday! What a surprise. Don't know if Phoenix felt

anything, but it rolled here in Tucson! First earthquake Wael has experienced.

Not much happening here today. Baseball season has begun!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter and a great weekend.

Happy Monday everyone!

Had a great time yesterday over my grandmother-in-law's house. I love the American version of Easter! Such a nice family time!! :luv:

It's getting hotter every day here in Florida, I defintely need to shop for more summer clothes.

Didn't do much today...but dinner should be ready in a little bit and then we'll watch a movie. (people here watch movies all the time! lol).

Hope everyone is having/have had a good day! (F)

I love the classics. You need to watch some of the Audrey Hepburn movies.

Oh yeah, and Marilyn Monroe's how to marry a millionare.

I almost forgot to tell you that you should be able to check out movies at the library.

I need to start posting in these MENA forums now that hubby has been here over a year! Have only posted once or twice, but forever stalking! Anyone have any advice as to how to find work for my poor hubby? The economy stinks! Anyhow, local mosque has not brought any new friends or oppurtunitties...nor have the English lessons...hmmm

Anyhow, guess I will introduce myself...name is Erika...the hubby is Hamit as my username indicates lol and he's from Turkey and we live in Arizona. Just had our 1st anniversary! Just hot today!

Welcome Erika! Our little group of Arizona MENA spouses is growing! It must be that people from desert climates are attracted to each other. LOL! I don't know about the jobs but have you tried the job websites? Without knowing Hamit's background and skills it's hard to say much more than that but I do hope he finds something soon.
