William33, We're hanging with you, no touches, nothing!! Driving us both insane too!!

They say that good things come to those who wait, I know this is not much conciliation to any of us right now, but maybe our good fortune still lies ahead, in ways we do not yet understand!??

No, that didn't help either did it??? :(

Sleepless, frustrated, going completely crazy, angry, the list goes on... yep, know how you feel!!!

maybe this will get them doing something maybe not but i am glad that there is something in the courts to make them accountable for their lack of action.

I'm putting the over/under on your NOA2 at 9 Aug.

I think that's pretty close. Best of luck William.

Also, I've noticed CSC goes a few days with nothing and then a whole bunch at once, then a few more days with nothing and then another batch.

Perhaps they have set up some kind of "assemble line" type process where it's not just one person doing everything, but a team running the apps through in batches.

awww have more patience... we will have ur NOA2 within this week for those couples with March noa1.

I can only hope your optimism is justified. I keep trying to be positive to my baby, but its finally both of us completely lonely and frustrated we are still stuck on this first step. We miss one another and if there was some sort of 'countdown' we could do, or at least reason for optimism this would be easier. Us march couples really should get expediated at the embassies (I know, I know, it won't happen. I am just mildly venting. I would just be happy to be waiting on the embassy at this point).

3/11/06 - 3/26/06 Visited my baby in the PI's

7/11/06 - Email notification from CSC that IMBRA RFE Recieved

7/12/06 - Touched (but was to respond to an email that only said 'request recieved and will be processed within 30 days. argh)

awww have more patience... we will have ur NOA2 within this week for those couples with March noa1.

How much patience can a person have for crying out loud? :crying: I just want them to give me back my NOA2 - there's absolutely no reason for this, no justice, no fairness, no nothing except misery and trying to explain to my fiance every day what a great country this is, we just seem to have a little problem with immigration issues and bureaucratic paralysis. PLEASE, GIVE MY NOA2 BACK TODAY AND GET THIS SHOW BACK ON THE ROAD !!!! (Oh that's right, it expired July 31st, didn't it - that will be the next notice I get) This Saturday, August 5, marks 90 days since my fiance returned pkt 3 to the embassy in Paris.
