When we will wait in the hall, they will call both names or just one of us? Because I don't want to hear from the officer "Excuse me mam , where the hell do you think you are going!!!"

They'll call the beneficiaries name (person on I-797) Hope ya guys dont get separated at all

Well, when they take your I-94 you pretty much know you're approved anyways...

I seem to be observant and remember things pretty easy . She never introduced herself, per se, but I scoured the room for a bit of info on her down to her outfit and hair color and style lol I wish I had time to write them down instead of putting them into my memory but even hubby was like "WHOA" cuz her questions were one after the other in quick succession which can be intimidating. Its like a concentration thing

I think most of the questions were dumb; hubby got one wrong and I poked him (hope she didnt see )...

lol yea but how would she know that he got it wrong? if she doesn't ask the same things You then how would she know its wrong? I guess its all bout looking cool and confident?

I guess, maybe they can read ur face and movements if ur telling the truth or not? but then again I dont know if every USCIS offices is a trainer psychitrist thats knows how to read people.

And yea, i think is sux they dont tell you if u r approved or not.. I mean if u were approved cant they just say so? is that one sentence gonna make things much longer or smth? Or once You leave do they go over ur documents again and make a decision? wat a stupid system..

And WOW. the IO did give you a series of questions there. It seems the IO prepared it before your interview. Its like a questionnaire. Hehe.

if they approve you but dont stamp the passport can you use the form 131 travel with and have your green card sent to you?

I agree with you about questions.

They not always take ur I-94, sometimes they don't and it's a bad sign.

They probably don't know, that we know about taking ours I-94...

I agree Jinxxabelle. Its making me nervous just looking at some of the questions besa was interviewed on. And I got to think. What the hell was i worried about. Throw as much questions as they want to. We got nothing to hide LOL

Well Im thhinking NO, cuz the EAD and Advanced Parole are all used before the greencard is approved and on the interview letter I believe it says bring all documents you got from USCIS. But do they take it? I dont know, maybe u should ask on the interview if they dont give u the stamp
