Yeah, I'm really sorry NVC is yanking you around... This process is not fair. I'm happy to have an interview scheduled exactly 90 days from the NOA1, and that counts over 2 weeks in AP at NVC... But those guys at NVC are really not doing you right.... I can't believe they still say they haven't received your file.... :bonk:

Hey Guys,

I been checking the AVR on the NVC. They said they got my papers on the 7th of this month. How do I know if everything is going smooth or a possible AP delay. I called an give a CSR my email address, now I'm anxious and waiting to get over with NVC

Your case will be forwarded to the Consulate only once your interview date has been set by NVC.

That will depend on your consulate/embassy's availability.

Your sign in should fail 8-11 business days once NVC has received all your packages in its mailroom, irrespective of what the AVR says. This is, of course, barring any RFEs.

May scheduling is over as of this last Friday. Next date will be scheduled for June.
