Just wondering how the men here deal with their wife when the dreaded tampo hits!!!!! I know it doesn't last for longer than 2 hours in my case but what do you do to try to fix it ?

My wife usually responds to cuddling. It sounds strange, but you'd be surprised how fast women mellow out after cuddling.

Don't deal with it. Leave her be. When she is done sulking, she will talk again. Don't reward passive-aggressive childish behavior with undue attention and it will lessen over time.

Fix it by ignoring it.

Feed it by paying attention to it.

i agree with john_and_marlene. But my first rule to make sure I do not get there in the first place. I am not perfect and it happens but then later we discuss so I can learn from it.

If you were about to leave the house (for work or so) when the tampo begins, get ube ice cream or any pleasant surprise for you to bring home (Hon, here's bangus. Let's cook this for dinner). It doesn't have to be expensive. Even a single tulip or rose will do.

Well, I don't expect my husband to like what I like but I love it when he appreciates things that are related to my country and culture such as halu-halo, cakes from Red Ribbon, bangus, etc. That's me.

What my husband sometimes does is that he would play "our songs" using his laptop (songs he heard me sing through videoke in Cebu, songs I usually listen to). He doesn't approach me but makes sure I can hear the melody.

ok thanks guys....honestly it was things beyond my control from the past.....but i just hate it when I ask what is wrong .....and she says "YOU KNOW" but I have no clue or else I wouldn't be asking!!!...lol

My wife does that sometimes...

After I learned the 'reasoning' behind it -

I made sure to give her full body massage with oil,

then tantric massage for about 4 hours...

IMO, ya gotta be brave man to handle the brunt of the first 'attack', but once ya get past that, and help her refocus her energies, our life is better, and she is better, as well.

She had warned me about it, way back when, so when I experienced 'the first one' - I wasn't scared or shocked.

IMO and IME, tantric massage, to refocus energy, is mondo useful.

(No No, tantric massage is NOT tantric sex - don't confuse the two)

ahhh the tampo issue what finally seemed to work for me was to wait till she was done then have tampo with her man does that drive her nuts but it has helped instead of instant tampo she usually tries to talk first
