Married in Phillipines since 2004 and with two childrens and received their citizenship and US passport. Now I want to bring my wife to US which is the best VISA type? If IR-1/CR-1 is it required to fill-out the G325a form or just the I-130 form?

IR-1. The G-325A is required on I-130 petition submittal.

If you are LIVING in the PI with yer wife, then file a Direct Consular Filing/I-130 (DCF'd I-130) in the PI, at the US Embassy/Consulate.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Thanks for the reply...

I'm now here in the US and I'm filling in the US.

For the I-130 submittal, do I need to submit the G-325A along with the I-130 or separate?

:guides: With I-130...

Yes, the CR1/IR1 guide and just as important would be to carefully study the I-130 instructions. Both will be critical to do it yourself success.
