Heck Anthony, you're in the town of Government Employees... You should know that once they get started on something the only way to ensure job security is to grow the work. So they add this and that until nobody can figure it out and assume everyone is essential because it so complicated.:rofl::whistle:

See the good thing for you is that you can already do that, I have to wait until we are in the NVC process so my wife can do her PCC in Hong Kong and for Taiwan.

In order to get passport clearance, I have to also wait till I get NVC checklist or interview letter.

The pcc I was talking about was local pcc.......

PCC is headache in all country as far as government rules applies......differently in different countries......

more waiting and waiting.. here we go again. maybe they willg et a mad rush of approvals soon.

probably they have a stack of approvals sitting on this one desk.....hmmmmm, that person has been out for 2 weeks.. that person comes back in to work, and for the 75k we pay them annually in our tax's and fee's, this person goes through that entire stack in about 3 minutes with a scanner. Seconds later places the scanner back into it's harness and goes to the console. Press's one button and "bada bing"! 100 or so files get approved instantly. So rapidly in fact that VJ can't keep up, and must add another server to handle the load of happy people. Now wouldn't that be nice if it happened today? Oh, and by the way, the worker went out for coffee and donuts. His work is done for the day!

i'm just wondering if it is okay to call the uscis inquiring about the application even if you're not the petitioner? or it really has to be the petioner?

I wish atleast we have 5% (which is still high) of people on VJ who eventually applies for I-130 every day........ that way we could have seen atleast 10 approvals every day.......but now we have to just guesstimate........that's all ...... :star:
