am helping my relative to file AOS for his wife and step daughter (K1/K2)

they reside in NY , I gave him the tel# of all the CS around that area

when he called them they all told him he needs to get a full medical again wich will be around 250 - 300 for 1

he told them the rules of not needing a full medical they still insist on the full medical

( wich i know is bull )so my question is,

I remember when I went trough this process, people where able to send a copy of the vaccination work sheet ( 3025 )when they applied for the AOS many got approved without problems,

is that option still avalable can he just send a copy of the vaccination work sheet he got from the DR when he did the full medical ?

According to the USCIS website, the DS-3025 only "works" if the DS-3025 was included with the original medical exam (DS-2053) to the consulate and was placed in the POE envelope.

YMMV

Also only if all vaccinations were complete at the time of the medical.

well it came down to making the full medical again,

his wife and child had it done just 3 month ago,

the CS looked at the vaccination worksheet and she was missing the MMR

they refuessed to do just the transcript and since aparently he was the only CS in his area that did transcripts,

his wife and K2 child had to do the full medical even though he showed prove that he doesnt need it,

when they did the full medical in DR the CS wrote not age apropiate for the MMR,

( I told him the MMR is needed reguardless of the age)

so just because 1 vaccination was missing the CS said the medical is incomplete and refuessed to give the missing vaccination and do a transcript,

he said oh well at least he wont get an RFE

but he is still thankfull for the help here :)
