been trying to call NVC so I could give our email address but it just keeps on ringing.. does it mean it's busy?

ekto, have you received AOS and IV bill in email?

Perri, no need for you to wait for the AOS fee bill in the email. You already received the hard copy.

As for the IV Bill, you can get it once NVC receive the signed DS-3032 from you(beneficiary).

Been busy with work lately.

I cannot find a time to file the AOS.

Maybe next week, I'll be filing the AOS and send the DS-3032 by email.

man i hope it does in 2 weeks, just mailed them all today

as for the documents on the aos, my 1/half year tax returns "just started working" My sponser 3 year tax return, his w2 mine and yadaad yadaa. My sponser makes 150,000 a year so it shouldnnt be a problem hehe :devil:

as for the ds203, 18 photos of my marriage of me and my wife, her birth certi, ds203 signed, passport page, biography page, id card page, police certificate, marriage certi. photos for passport.

I think this was it, hopefully it will be enough for NVC to complete the case :bonk: :bonk:

02-23-2018: Date on NOA, retrieved from online account

02-23-2018: Date on Biometrics Appointment Letter (Biometrics Appointment at Jacksonville ASC on March 13, 10:00 a.m.)

03-08-2018: Biometrics complete

04-05-2018: Case status updated - Interview Scheduled on May 10, 2018, 10:15 a.m. :D

05-10-2018: Citizenship Interview - Passed English and Civics Tests, Recommended for Approval! :D 

06-19-2018: Received email and text notification: Naturalization Ceremony Scheduled; waited for letter to be uploaded on online account - it has been set on Wednesday, July 25, 3:00 p.m.

07-25-2018: I am now a U.S. Citizen!

Tax transcripts from the IRS are fast, free and available with a simple phonecall.

They are also preferred for immigration submissions.

Request transcripts by calling 1-800-829-1040 and order multiple years with one call.

That's a good question yet difficult to answer. Usually it should not take longer than 2 weeks from the approval date, but in some cases it's taking months. Like mine I-130 was approved on 07/20 and NVC didn't receive my file yet.

What I suggest you to do is call NVC and speak with live operator do not always depend on AVR.

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/18/10 - IV entered into NVC system

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

11/26/10 - RFE response mailed out

11/29/10 - RFE response delivered to NVC

12/08/10 - RFE response entered into NVC system

12/15/10 - SIF :)

12/15/10 - Case Complete :)

01/03/11 - Interview date assigned for Feb 15 @ 1:30 PM

01/17/11 - Medical done ! Passed

01/25/11 - Re-scheduled the interview for Feb 1 @ 1:00 PM

02/01/11 - Interview @ 1:00 PM - Approved :)

I have a question, is the Invoice number same for both AOS and IV bill? I was telling my husband to go ahead and pay the IV bill since the status in the payment portal is showing 'NOT PAID' (previous status is 'NOT INVOICED') but he disagrees. He said to wait for the letter from NVC :(
