Did you also receive IV fee bill this early and you didn't receive DS-3032 (choice of agent)? strange....

well i have an attorney, who already emailed them once we got the case #. Guys any idea how long it will be completed. looks like i am flying through this. I have everything ready to be send.

rajalucy, smile99 and other friends, where are you guys in the journey? We haven't been updated with your current status. It would help Khanl and many of us to estimate the current NVC processing time. Good Luck to you all.

My approved case has not been sent to NVC yet. It's been 2 months today. My congressman is also not doing anything. What should I do here guys?

My NVC Journey

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/18/10 - IV entered into NVC system

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

11/26/10 - RFE response mailed out

11/29/10 - RFE response delivered to NVC

12/08/10 - RFE response entered into NVC system

12/15/10 - SIF :)

12/15/10 - Case Complete :)

01/03/11 - Interview date assigned for Feb 15 @ 1:30 PM

01/17/11 - Medical done ! Passed

01/25/11 - Re-scheduled the interview for Feb 1 @ 1:00 PM

02/01/11 - Interview @ 1:00 PM - Approved :)

02/03/11 - Visa picked up from USEM

02/12/11 - POE @ JFK

Yesterday 20/09/2010 my petitioner in USA recevied NOA2..

Still waiting for NVC to recevie my case and allocate case number...

no sir, i havent received ds3032 or any bills yet. although, i have sent an email to NVC last Saturday appointing my husband as choice of agent. havent received any reply yet. i hope the email thing works so we can make the processing faster

Malvika, how is your case doing right now?

Homer, Congrats on your case. Don't worry, NVC might generate a case no. within this week.

Perri, Call NVC and talk to an operator. Operator will get your email ad and will send to you the AOS fee bill and DS-3032.

KhanI and Rjalucy, congrats that your case is moving fast. Update us on your status so that we can have an idea on what to expect with our respective cases.

As for my case, NVC sent the fee bill and DS-3032 by snail mail last friday.

Unfortunately, this is only for my wife.

I'm still waiting for my daughter's case no.

Thanks for your updates guys. As far as my update concern, I am still waiting USCIS to send my approved petition to NVC it is already 2 months now. My case is current since June 2010. I wonder why they forward some people case to NVC right after approval and they hold others for 2-3 months.

My NVC Journey

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

Hi Friends,

I called NVC last night and they said my case has reached to them but still haven't entered into system.

Question:

1. How much time it takes for NVC to enter case into system once it reach NVC?

Malvika what does USCIS operators reply on your query? try to call everyday and have a chat with different operator or emails and see where your file stucked...

Can you pls correct me if I am understanding wrong..

1. So now I wait for NVC to generate my case # and I check AVR daily for that..

2. When no. generated I should give my(beneficiary) new postal address to them

3. Also provide my email address to send DS-3032 and AOS fee bill.. do I need to tell them I would like to receive ds-3032 by email and request all comunciation electronically..

4. DS-3032 & AOS bill will be sent to agent.. and snail mail will be sent to me (beneficiary)

5. I have got email format ready to send COA details and address change details on receipt of case #...

Do let me know I am missing anything or should follow different steps for smooth process with NVC..
