How to write the "A" number?

If a form ask for alien number just write the number in the box, i.e. 098 765 123

If you are doing a cover letter and are listing the A number write A 098 765 123.

I always used the convention of First Middle LAST names but have taken to all caps lately due to the number of errors on Green Cards etc.

Trust me, 90% of the people who apply for visas are not 10% as organized as you are... and somehow they manage to get 'in'

Thanks for the boost guys. I know it may seem a bit paranoid of us but we figure we just dont want knocked back for a stupid little thing that I know sometimes the embassy and stuff can be fussy about....
