I have paid AOS bill and this week i will send DS 3032

This is my question : After send DS 3032 can i send I-864 Affidavit of Support or i should waiting for information with NVC ???

Once you have paid AOS bill you can print the cover sheet and send it in with your I-1864.

But what about DS 3032 ? NVC shouldn't approve DS 3032 ? and they will send to me information with : I can send I=1864 ???

I don't need permission with NVC ???

I don:t need receive I-864 Package ?

No need to wait. As long as you paid the AOS bill then print out the barcoded bar. You should have to complete all the requirements that need to complete the AOS. look for a sample cover letter..

after 3 to 5 days that you sent the DS3032 and you receive a confirmation email from NVC then u can pay the IV bill. pay it where you pay the AOS bill.

They need both as they serve completely separate purposes.

The DS3032 is the choice of agent. the beneficiary will send that to NVC . The beneficiary needs to choice who will pay the payments and where the NVC sends the documents. They need it so that they know who will pay th payments

As for the DS3032, you have 3 options:

1) Emailing it in the letter format that is found in the guides. Check it out. There's a ready made template. Use that.

2) Printing the form, filling it in, signing, scanning and emailing back to NVC.

3) Fill out the hardcopy and snail mail it.

I am the beneficiary i chose to email them. after 3 days i received email confirmation from Nvc that they already received my choice of agent and that is my husband.

But You can't print DS 3032 because in DS 3032 you have your Case Number NVC ... so i think you can't print DS 3032 on the Internet?

that will be the guide for DS3032 and for I 864 go to uscis.gov and click the forms. find the form there...NVC will not send you a form. just download it

Yes download it from the internet, they will not send you the I-864. Then send it with the "receipt of payment" that they gave you. That is the most important, and it has your NVC case number and bar code on it.

here's Christeen's time tested formula to get you through NVC in one piece alive:

Petitioner: Get NVC # + give operator your email IDs + receive AOS fee bill + pay 70$ online + wait to show paid + print cover sheet + send I-864 AOS with all documents and case # written on each page.

Beneficiary: Get NVC# + receive DS3032 + send DS3032+ DS3032 accepted + IV fee bill available to be paid + pay & wait to show paid + print IV cover sheet + mail DS230 package with all original/certified documents

= wait for case complete + wait for interview to be scheduled.

No need for receipt. Just barcoded sheet is fine. Don't forget to place the barcoded sheet on the very top of your package.
