Hey GrooveMan - that petition will be adjudicated in Montreal.

Good Luck !

The petition will be adjudicated in in either Vermont or California. The visa application will be processed and the interview done in Montreal.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

The confusion with Vancouver or Montreal, as pushbrk mentioned, is that if you were interviewing for a K3 visa you would have interviewed in Vancouver as you live in the west. As everyone has mentioned though, you are interviewing for a CR1 or IR1 visa (depends how long you have been married), not a K3.

IR1/CR1/IR5

All IR1 /CR1 and IR5 visas will be processed/interview at Montreal.

K Visas

K visas are processed/interviewed at both Montreal and Vancouver, depending on your Province of Residence:

Manitoba and West: Vancouver

Ontario and East: Montreal

hey trail - i'll see you one K-3, and trump you with a K-3 notice.

Have a read? http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/ty...types_2993.html

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
