What are the vaccinations we need

hello to all my visa journey family, we will soon send our application for adjustment of status to USCIS, i would like to ask what are the specific vaccination that my daughter and me needs, my daughter is 3 years old. our medical is less than a year way back in philippines. we are so confused of this another medical. if anyone has experience and can tell thier medical journey here at the US please i would really appreciate. thanks to all.

AS far as i know if the medical you had in your country is less than a year ago you dont need another one... when you going to file for Aos you need to include the vaccinations forms they gave you at the medical less than a year ago,thats it...

if your medical & vaccin. is less than a year just need to transcribe onto I-693 by a Civil Surgeons, maybe you can find helpful this thread: civil surgeons

thanks to all you have replied me and enlighten our minds, i have my medical last september 26, 2009 and my daughter last november 26, 2009. do my daughter and me need to have another Tuberculosis test and X-ray?

And lastly do we have to undergo another Tuberculosis test again too. We are both negative in TB in our medical in philippines. Please i need some advice from all of you here.. thank you so much.

The medicals are good for a year. The thing you may have to do is locate a civil surgeon in your area and ask them to "transcribe your vaccinations" onto form 1-693. You may have to pay $25 - $50 to have this done (although ours was free... some civil surgeons charge).

The civil surgeon will need a copy of your DS-3025 form in order to do the transcription.

Hopefully, there are plenty of Civil Surgeons in your area. Call around until you get a good price. It's helpful to ask for the person who normally works with immigration paperwork. Our CS office did a combination of regular medical visits and immigration visits. One receptionist was clueless about the requirements for immigrant medicals because another receptionist in their office was the immigration expert.
