That's Right.. But if u wanna ask which Green Card? The temporary one with 2 Years or with the 10 Years Card, I will tell u, count with the first Green Card, 2 years or 10 years .. it doesnt matter..

Awww Let me Add something too, and u dont have to wait full 3 years to apply for ur citizenship, u can minus 90 days from that time

Check the origninal isssue date on card and you can apply 90 days before three year anniversary of that date.

And remember...you have to have been married for the full three years before applying. This is an issue only if the 90 days before your permanent residency three year anniversary is before the date on which you have been married for three full years.

If you look at your GC, it is three years after the date indicated by "Resident Since xx/xx/xxx"
