I call uscis but they telling me that her vis packet still not in a system so go to your local immigration office in newark.

The local office of the USCIS is where you need to go... What office did you go to that told you to go to the USCIS?

YMMV

Set up an info pass appointment for yer local USCIS office, and when you go - ask them to review her record for POE.

Then, ask them WHERE the greencard is.

If they don't know - ask for a supervisor. The supervisor is supposed to have some 'special GOD access' on the computer system, supposedly can track all things on yer wife's petition, visa, POE stuff, and subsequent Green Card Production Order.

If the supervisor still can not find her, you have some issues at the POE, specifically with the CBP staffer that took record of her entry into the USA. Review her passport (now) - see if there is a I-551 stamp in her passport. There should be a control number in that stamp. That's the ONLY cross-reference number that the CBP ppl can use to track her - and it MAY BE that you have to go back to the POE, talk with the CBP staffers there, get it all sorted. (MAY BE... )

Also - have you moved?

You might want to review your copies of the I-130 petition and DS-230, I-864 and G-325A forms - looking for the residence address in the USA.

If you've moved since filing, that green card WILL NOT catch up with you - USPS does NOT forward postal mail from USCIS, even if there is a 'forward order' in place .

hey - any news?

FWIW, CBP maintains 'other offices' for 'secondary inspection' -

so if she can't be found (using the techniques in my first post) then

you'll need to go to CBP office and get it all sorted.

GOOD LUCK !
