We're doing the final round of packing now, after pivos with her family, and entirely too much food, threatening a food induced coma. At least I got my dreneke fix, and I feel bad about probably not spending as much time with them as we'd have liked, but we did at least get them set up with Internet, laptop and Skype.

Leaving en route to the airport in around 10 hours, gotta go wrap up final packing and get some relaxation in, then we're on that plane.

solmarc - sorry to hear about the delays. There aren't any words for the feelings we all go through during the whole "wait endlessly for someone, something, besides US" phase, but I hope you get the interview soon.

Solmarc, I am definitely not a DaCrapo fan. I do have a set of balls. I can tell you this, impossible for me to understand in russian, long, but I had two beers. Veka enjoyed, so money well spent. We need to market the donkey and midget on VJ and make money on other peoples misery. You give the testimonial on how they helped.

Well, no beach for me today. My tongue got sunburned yesterday. Veka is trying to figure out how to put 8 tons of ####### in 4 suitcases. We do not have 4 suitcases yet, we have to go shopping this afternoon for two more. She keeps making piles, putting in and out, of course I'm no help. My method is throw a lot of stuff in, jump on it, zip it up. My method, evidently, even though effective, is barbaric. I have now been called a few names that I will not mention here. I will just sit back, watch her madness, then step in and be the hero when the time is right. Y'all know I'm going to mess up the hero part and be called a few more names. Good times.

What a beautiful sight. Yes, I was back at the little beach, enjoying a pivo. Veka answered her phone, said something to me in Russian I did not understand, then she bought me a beer, said I will be back. She was going to get lunch. At about 2:30, we get back to the apartment, cleaning up, we sit on the couch. She reaches over and hands me her passport and opens it to the visa. Game, set, match. We are done. She held out to surprise me. The phone call was for her to go back to the apartment and receive the package. Quick note, the mysterious brown envelope is very thin. They also returned our file from the consulate. Gotta go, I will be back in a few days. Seems we have tickets to the new Leonardo De Crappio movie. Oh joy.

I slept like a bear... how is everybody doing?

the pina coladas were not really pina coladas, they had so much alcohol that i lost the flavor... i went to sleep i dont know at what time, i just know i had a message from Honey that he called, and my kitty that was crying for food (she likes her food on her plate at 7:00 am, she does not care if i am off).

As soon as Honey wake up and call me i´ll tell you what i told him, probably a lot of I love youuuuuu... i wasn't drunk just tired, so i guess the alcohol just gave me a nock out...lol
