HI everyone !

first of i am amazed that this website exist.

This is my fist post... i have a lot of questions and confused , i came in the USA in 1998 , with " no visa" and no nothing if u know what i mean , ok so on 2005 i got married to a US citizen, ok i was always told that there was no way i could apply for green card without getting out of the country for some kind of punishment for entering the country unlawful , i was always scared to even think about aplying _becaus i have to kids born here and it was unthinkable for me but... i start searching and i found out that my father have apply for something that is call I 130 , on april of 2001, and that i was included in that petition as a unmarried daugther well that petition was aproved and that will give me some kind of protection agianst sending me back to my country when i aplly for green card, i dont want to take the risk without knowing exactly if this is true, i hope someone up here can help me i will be so thankfull, this will change my life and another family member as well . THANK YOU ... :unsure:
