Question about I-864 Form

I have a couple of quesitons about this form.

Part 3 Questions 9.

The question reads: I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principal immigrant name in Part 2 above. DO NOT INCLUDE any relative listed on a seperate visa petition.

Here is my question. We are married and have a son. He is a K2 applicant. So I know to list him on the form, but so I check the box 9?

Part 5 Question 21

A. Enter the number from line 10 - so that would be 2.

Then it asks:

B. Yourself - so that would be 1

C. If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse - Do I put one there?

D. If you have dependent children, enter the number here - Do I put one there?

H. Add together lines and enter the number here. Household Size - So if I add ALL the lines, then it would be 5. However, we don't have 5 in the house. It is only 3 of us. So that is why I am confused.

Last quesiton, do I fill out this form for my son also? Or do I just make a copy of the one I did for my wife and attach it to the I-485 form that I filled out for my son?

Sorry if the questions were already covered. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Then it asks:

B. Yourself - so that would be 1

C. If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse - Do I put one there? Nothing, you've already counted her/him. This form is a multi use form.

D. If you have dependent children, enter the number here - Do I put one there? Ditto again, nothing

H. Add together lines and enter the number here. Household Size - So if I add ALL the lines, then it would be 5. However, we don't have 5 in the house. It is only 3 of us. So that is why I am confused. 03 is correct, think about it.

Last quesiton, do I fill out this form for my son also? Or do I just make a copy of the one I did for my wife and attach it to the I-485 form that I filled out for my son? The instructions say copy only without any of the other supporting financial documentation.

Sorry if the questions were already covered. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The instructions CLEARLY say DO NOT COUNT ANYONE TWICE!!

Last quesiton, do I fill out this form for my son also? Or do I just make a copy of the one I did for my wife and attach it to the I-485 form that I filled out for my son? Page 3 of the instructions also CLEARLY state "You must submit a Form I-864 affidavit of support for each intending immigrant you are sponsoring. You may submit photocopies if you are sponsoring more than one intending immigrant listed on the same affidavit of support. Separate affidavits of support are required for intending immigrants for whom different Form I-130 family-based petitions were filed. For instance, if you are sponsoring both parents, each will need an original affidavit of support and accompanying documentation since you were required to submit separate Form I-130 visa petitions for each parent"

Sorry if the questions were already covered. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please read the instructions. It saves a lot of time and confusion.
