OMG, wrong case number!

OMG, somehow I signed up for online/cellphone updates with the wrong case number. After I got it from my husband (he doesnt have fast internet), I signed up online. Somehow I must have put an 8 instead of a 4. Today, we got a message and wanted to check online and recognized I put in the wrong number. As soon as I recognized this happened, I tried to go to the uscis site and logged in. In my portfolio I wanted to get rid of the old WAC number and put in the right one. But it always says internal error. What can I do? I didnt do this on purpose!!! Any suggestions?

08/2006 met in GA, U.S.

05/2007 Antje had to go back to Germany

10/2009 got engaged in TN

12/31/2009 got married

1/7/2010 I-130 sent

1/9/2010 I-130 delivered

1/13/2010 check cashed

1/15/2010 NOA 1

3/18/2010 NOA 2

You should beable to go in and put in the correct WAC number. Or at least add to the wrong one!! I was able to put in 2 different case numbers when I did mine. :thumbs:

it only goves ma an internal error when i try to go to my portfolio, though.

When you get that error message,in that same window - type in the homeaddress of USCIS again,click on check your case updates, sign out,and sign in again and it should work. I used to be forced to do that.

you can use another computer with another IP WHEN YOU ENTER YOUR WRONG WAC NO YOUR CELL PHONE OR YOUR PC USCIS SITE SAVE YOUR COMPUTER IP OR CELL PHONE IP AND WAC NUMBER THAT WHY WHEN YOU LOGGED IN IT SAYS INTERNAL PROBLEM SO YOU CAN USE ANOTHER COMPUTER EVERY COMPUTER HAS IS OWN IP YOU CAN GO INTERNET CAFE AND USE ANOTHER COMPUTER

I used to have to do this pretty much everytime,it is kinda annoying but atleast it works!
