i receive my approval on Jan 27th.. the hard copy on Jan. 31st and still NVC says that they have not receive my case

Sorry to hear that! Let's hope that you they will receive it on Monday! Don't worry, you will get it soon! Just start preparing for the papers so you can be ready to send out the required documents when all the emails from NVC sent to your emails! Goodluck!

I read that this is an annotacion about incomplete vaccination record...you are issued a waiver Some of your vaccinations may not have been age or medically appropriate

If you send it by Email he dose not have to sign it. You use the Example from wiki shortcuts. Ill find it for you wait.

here http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form there is the example you just put in your info and email it. You can also send in the Form that nvc sends you in the mail, but he has to sign it.
