I mailed our package to Vermont yesturday. It will arrive there tomorrow

This is the evidance we enclosed:

Application & biometrics fee - check for $545.00

Completed form 1 - 751

Copy os USCIS form 1 - 551 front and back

Two passport photos

Copy of both passports

Copy of both our driving licencese showing same current residential address

Copy of our marriage licence

Copies of our Joint US tax returns for years 2007 & 2008. our filing status as a married. Filing Jointly. Includes w'2s.

Copies of our residential special warrantly deed half interest.In both our names. Plus residential address on it

Copy of our carmax auto finance in both names

Copy of Joint car title of our paid off car, showing Jouint ownership

Copy of our Joint car registration renewal form and Texas

Department of transportinternet registration renewal

Copy of our car insurance in both names. Plus auto policy

Home owners policies in both names

Copy of Michaels medical card front and back with identification number

Copies of explanation of benifits, showing me filing claims through health insurance

Copy of document showing me beneficiary of Teamster - UPS national 410 (k) tax deferred plan

Copy of a document showing me beneficiary of Symetra life policy

Copy of a document with Macys show Michael as a beneficiary

Copies of our Joint bank cards , home depot cards and a void check showing joint account.

Copies of our Joint account, plus statements 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009

06/30/11 .. Package Delivered to Dallas Lockbox

07/06/11 .. Received e-mail notification of application acceptance

07/06/11 .. Check cashed

07/08/11 .. Received NOA letter

07/29/11 .. Received text/e-mail for biometrics notice

08/03/11 .. Received Biometrics letter - scheduled for 8/24/11

08/04/11 .. Walk-in finger prints done.

08/08/11 .. Received text/e-mail: Placed in line for interview scheduling

09/12/11 .. Received Yellow letter dated 9/7/11

09/13/11 .. Received text/e-mail: Interview scheduled

09/16/11 .. Received interview letter

10/19/11 .. Interview - PASSED

10/20/11 .. Received text/email: Oath scheduled

10/22/11 .. Received OATH letter

11/09/11 .. Oath ceremony

Are the passport photos required? I don't remember reading that they are required in the I-751 instructions.

I'm only asking because I'm getting ready to send our I-751 in and do not want to miss any information that I need to send in.

Passport photos are not required. They use the picture captured at your biometrics appointment.
