This was our AOS checklist - hope it helps!

FORMS:

• I-485
  
• G-325A
  
• I-693
  
• I-864
  
• I-765 (if filing EAD concurrently)
  
• I-131 (if filing AP concurrently)
  

PAYMENT:

• $1,010 check ($930 filing fee, $80 biometrics fee)
  

PHOTOS:

• 2 passport-style photos for I-485
  
• 2 passport-style photos for I-765
  
• 2 passport-style photos for I-131
  

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:

• copy of Birth Certificate
  
• copy of Marriage Certificate
  
• I-129F approval notice (I-797)
  
• DS-3025 (attach with I-693 sealed envelope if you wish)
  
• copy of Passport bio page (1 copy each for I-485, I-765 and I-131)
  
• copy of K-1 visa (1 copy each for I-485, I-765 and I-131)
  
• copy of I-94, front and back (1 copy each for I-485, I-765 and I-131)
  
• supporting docs for I-864: pay stubs, bank statements, etc.

Print the instructions for all the forms and read them RELIGIOUSLY.

Also, make sure you are using updated versions of all the forms. I got caught for that one. On uscis.gov there is a list of form editions they are currently accepting. Check it.
