hey guys.

I got my K1 Visa dec 16th 2009 and i'll be flying to the States Feb 5th and I'm wondering about some things.

so I get this I94 thing in my Passport at POE is that right?

I was in the States on a J1 Visa 2008 and got some big white and yellow paper in my Passport from the Embssy but i dont have that now..thats right?

Then I give all my documents given to me from the Embassy to the officer at the POE together with the physicians documents.

I dont really get if I have to go to a doctor again in the states and fill out a vaccination supplement (I693A) since I just updated all my vaccinations and even HPV is not longer required.

thanks for the help :)

Yes - they usually give it to you on the plane - or you can get it before you go into line for immigration.

I was in the States on a J1 Visa 2008 and got some big white and yellow paper in my Passport from the Embssy but i dont have that now..thats right?

Your using the K-1 visa, not the J-1, so it should not matter. (I would imagine since you were granted the K-1, you do not have any 2 year requirements attached to the J-1)

Then I give all my documents given to me from the Embassy to the officer at the POE together with the physicians documents.

Yes - the brown envelope - the CBP knows what do to ask for.

I dont really get if I have to go to a doctor again in the states and fill out a vaccination supplement (I693A) since I just updated all my vaccinations and even HPV is not longer required.

Usually that is correct, but be prepared to have that supplement done if it is requested by an RFE. - there are several posts here where people were asked for the whole medical, even though they did it prior...

thanks for the help :)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
