:star: good luck to all of Us :star:

You may add my name to this list please. As soon as her papers arrive, any day now, we will be good to go. BTW, can she fax the copies to me so that I can send them on in? It would save about 3 weeks. Thanks

Bryan

My packet was received on the 12th and I received my NOA1 by mail on the 21st. Seemed like a long time to me. I did not receive an email copy.

cljolly: Did they cash your check before you received your NOA1 on the 21st?

Many of the forms need origional signatures- G-325a and her leter of intent! You will most likely get an RFE if you send copies, so use the time now!

Best Wishes!

My first VJ post!

Package sent on Jan 12th. Check cashed Jan 15th, but no NOA1 yet. I guess they're just a little behind in mailing those out?

It seems so! Guess we are both stuck in the same boat! My fiance checked when his money order was cashed and it was apparently cashed on Jan 25th even tho we sent the petition on Dec 15th and it was recieved (according to USCIS) on Dec 16th. Maybe they have a lot to do, even tho I seen other cases that was sent after me that already gotten their NOA1 at VSC.. Lets hope it'll come soon!

Its too early to give up hope! Keep your spirits up and dont get to disappointed if things take longer then you hoped.

I wish you the best of luck. The problem with what USCIS says is that you dont have it in writing- hopefully you dont get an RFE, but you might want you fiance to send you a signed letter now so if you get one you dont have to wait for it to come in the mail.

Hi All,

Just wanted to post and join the January group. I'm on the fence though. I could be the last December NOA1 or the first January NOA1 on here.

I sent my paperwork to VSC on December 28th, they received it on the 29th and cashed the check on the 31st. I received the hardcopy NOA1 on January 4th. The hardcopy had an NOA1 date of Dec 29th, but in my timeline I am going off the date I got the hardcopy. So in my mind I am a January filer.

Go VSC go!!!!

12/28/09- Sent packet to VSC FedEx Priority overnight

12/29/09- VSC received and issued NOA1

01/03/10- Touched

04/20/10- NOA2!!!! Finally. No touch Straight to NOA2

04/22/10- NVC Received

04/23/10- NVC forwarded to Embassy in Kiev

04/26/10-Embassy in Kief Received

04/30/10-Embassy entered in System

06/07/10- Medical scheduled

06/09/10- Interview scheduled

06/09/10-APPROVED!!!

06/24/10-POE Newark

08/28/10-Married to my love, Allie

You go by the date listed on the NOA-1.

I sent my I-129F on Dec.1 and VSC received on Dec. 4. I received my NOA-1 hardcopy on Dec.12, so it can take at least a week or longer to receive your NOA-1 after they receive your petition.

Stay patient because you have a long wait...VSC is still working on Oct. filers.

Good luck with the rest of your journey!
