I am a Party memeber, I want to apply for CR1, what should I do? is it necessary for me to write a letter to explain when we want to apply for CR1? and show the evidence that I cancel the membership already. what should I do with my membership? and how can I do it in a better way?

You should leave the party ASAP and prepare to show proof that you did so. You might experience some delays in your visa process.

Ah! If that is the case, then leaving the party will certainly not harm your case. The alternative might so delay your processing

Correct. I would also prepare a statement detailing why you joined the party in the first place. Chances are, if your involvement was for nothing more than to assist in obtaining better employment without any real political involvement, the delay will be minimal.
