Hi...i'm in the G-325A

My city of residence/birth is called Palma de Mallorca

The province is Illes Balears

I'm having problems with that since i have to fill the city and country where i live, my parents live and were born, then when the street is asked for

So in all of them is the same problem...it appears like Palma de Mallorca,Sp or Palma de Mallorca, Spai (instead Palma de Mallorca,Spain) or Illes Balear(instead Illes Balears)....

What should i do (the PDF don't let change the size of the letters)

Thanks so much again!

If you can't fit it in with the typing, print it out and fill in the blank spaces with BLACK pen as neatly as you possibly can.

I'd put "Palma de Mallorca,SP" (no space after comma because that's the limit of the entry field).

If they can't figure out that "SP" is Spain I really feel sorry for our country.

It's important that the city is spelled out in full in my opinion, because there are more cities

than country names out there. Country names have standard abbreviations, cities don't.

{edit}

I opened the form and saw for myself how many characters the field would accept

and that's what I base my answer on.

Plus were the employment thing....

I'm unemployed right now so you just can write 3 letters in the Month place like January: Jan, February: Feb...is that ok?

If i wanna say Present in the month place i just can write Pre...

Actually no, I would put the NUMBER of the month - 01, 02, 03, etc.

They didn't mean for it to fit the full spelling of a month.

The VJ example form had months spelled out, but if it doesn't fit it doesn't fit.

I added supplemental pages for items that wouldn't fit in the forms.

So did you leave it blank in the form and write it in the supplementary page? or did you write in the form whatever could fit and then write the complete thing in the supplementary page?

Thanks

I filled the form by hand because of that... wishing I was born a place with a short name :jest:

So there's no problem filling that by hand as long as it's neat? Did you used capital letters? Did you filled that once and then do three more copies of it right?

Thank you for all the answers i'm having by the way

No issues if it is legible. (handwritten) - make one master sheet and copy it.

You should only use all CAPS when your typing the last name.

Use black ink.

Dates should be in this format (mm/dd/yyyy)

I would recommend using a supplemental sheet (with the form, question, and answer noted) - can't get much neater than a computer printout. (make four copies - one for each sheet)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Yes, i will do that tho...that will be lots of things in the attached but yes, will be much neater with the computer printout. I will write see attached in the gap (is that ok?). No need to use caps for the last name if i do that on computer right?

By the way...about the ink...for the signature what would be better black ink or blue ink (since it has to be original)

Thank you for your answer :)
