Your post is a bit contradictory. Either you were denied under 221g after sending your documents; or you were placed in AP, not both.

Did they give you a paper saying why you are in AP or denied?

As Chica said you can't be both.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Then they will contact you when the AP is finished. Your petitioner can contact her Senator/Congressman to make inquiries on your behalf.

Have you e mailed the embassy? Have you called the DOS?

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

AP is common in middle eastern countries. i think the average wait time is 8-10 months so you are not within the "average" time for when AP completes for most yet. It stinks i know. We have been in AP since April with no word. Just sit back and wait and pray. That is all anyone of us can do. Come here for awesome support! Many of us are in the same boat!

Baj ;)

ah. the longing....
