Hello,

I will probably be deployed in Kuwait during the time my husand is going to apply to removed the conditions on his green card. Will this affect him in anyway? We plan to file within the beginning of the 90 day timeline. However, I don't know how if I am required to be at his interview.

If he is invited to the interview (very very rare), all he has to do is bring your deployment orders.

What about his biometerics appointment? What is that anyway? Do both of us have to attend or just the GC holder.

Nothing to worry about. You are not required to be at anything he needs in regards to AOS, especially if he takes deployment orders if he even gets called for an interview. It's rare anyhow.

Be safe and good luck to you!

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

You should check on getting expedited US citizenship for him.

I don't know if that will apply to you guys or not.

OOPS! I "think" he has to be with you. I'm not sure.
