July 2002 - Enrolled in school, obtained F1 Visa

Sept 2007 - Married

Nov 2007 - File for GC

Feb 2008 - Interview - approved

Mar 2008 - received 2 year conditional GC.

11/30/2009 - Applied for ROC

12/15/2009 - received NOA, NOA date 12/10/2009

1/15/2010 - FP appointment

1/17/2010 - LUD

4/18/2010 - Previous I765 LUD

Hi all!

As you guys can see I am one of the few who has still no response from VSC. No RFE, no letter, no e-mail, no nothing.

I filed under the good faith waiver, and I am not sure if this has an influence on the processing time. Should I start to worry? Should I take any action?

10/26/2007 Received the document checklist

11/08/2007 Immunizations check

11/12/2007 Medical

11/16/2007 Faxed the "checklist" back to the consulate

11/26/2007 Confirmation via e-mail that the consulate received the "checklist" and medical result

12/18/2007 I-130 petition approved!!!

12/20/2007 Notice of Approval arrives via snail mail

02/01/2010 Biometrics Appointment in New Orleans, LA.

04/24/2010 Approval of Removal of Conditions! No RFE or interview. Yes!!!

Hi Oban,

I think applicants in your situation when applying with a waiver get additional attention from the officer. I wouldn't worry since it does seem to take longer. In your case - no news is good news. But I remember that you have been struggling with this phase since you dropped the package (the first time) in the mail, so try to stay positive and have a little more patience. You will hear from them hopefully soon.
