My package is in Cincinnati Hub, OH. Idk why it went that far and passed my state lolbut o well i gusse now it has to make a u turn lol.

02-14-10: Medical exam (Passed)

03-17-10: Interview (Approved But Pending AP.)

12-01-10: Embassy Calls Husband To Send In Passport Finally After Almost 9 months Of AP!!

12-01-10: Husband Sends In Passport Via Aramex

12-11-10: Husband Picks Up Visa

12-14-10: Flight Booked

12-22-10: USA Entry[/color]

Hey guys i had a question, Can i send the DS-230 before the (AOS)? Or send them bothe together?

I think they go to slightly different department, and they are processed separately, so I suppose if you send the AOS a few days after the DS-230 it should be ok...maybe someone else has done that and could tell you?

I'm sure that it would be ok if you sent one before the other, remember they are on two different tracks in the NVC. One is for the petitioner and one is for the beneficiary, and in the end they meet up to make the case complete.

Thanks Ms. K! I don't know why I am letting it drive me crazy..considering I am hoping for a interview date in February or later. The more time I have before the interview the better the chances of me going to Egypt to be with him during the interview!! I've got the time off from work and my son set up to stay with someone for the week. I think it's because I keep looking at prices for the plane tickets and I can get a good deal now!!! :whistle:

i know what you mean. my indian visa is expiring on january 11. part of me wants to get another visa, but then the other part is telling me to wait because after may 12 (our 1 year anniversary) i should be able to apply for their version of a green card which is good for 15 years :)

That is one way of looking at it!! My husband told me that I would qualify for some different kind of visa when I do go back to Egypt, but I am not sure what it is... :blush:
