I know it's boring to do . I'm more familiar with MLD massage for ppl that suffer from lymphedema, which includes a bunch of bandaging and custom sleeves with a regiment of MLD massage treatments. I would talk to your doctor before you do anything. It is basically very light work, the pressure used is supposed to feel about the pressure of a nickel pressed against your skin. It is good to relive swelling but it is very subtle work without the bandaging and would take a lot of treatments most likely. Again, talk to you doctor before you do any kind of massage and have your massage therapist talk to your doctor if there are any special concerns. Also, a lot of massage therapist will say they can do MLD, I would make sure they are certified by a school like Vodder or Sloan Kettering or any other legit school of MLD.

yeah it helps some but not enough to save me from going nuts. apparently being very itchy is normal.

As you probably know, it does take longer to heal in the inside than it does on the outside.
