Chris, the only bad thing is it's so expensive here :crying:

I am ready for 2010. I'm ready to get my W2s and file my taxes so I can have some money! :dance:

We are going to start working on the apartment, since my mom is my landlord and upstairs neighbor and she charges me about $500-600 less a month than normal for this area and no utilities :yes: ( I (L) my mom!) we do the repairs and stuff and whatever me and Luis can't figure out I make my dad come over and do. :D

My dad just installed a new light fixture in the kitchen & a new light fixture/ceiling fan in the living room for me for Christmas. Next on the list is a storm door and fixing the cracked glass in the kitchen window. This will all have to happen in Feb. since I am briggity broke right now.

I too am ready for 2010 and am ready to make some changes in my lifestyle and self perception. Am excited about the huge changes coming up this year in our lives too.

All these people are making new years resolutions. You know what? I like myself and I'm not changing anything.

My only resolution is to get myself to the Cheesecake factory. :lol:

My dad got me & Luis a gift certificate there for Christmas. I want some choc. chip cookie dough cheesecake and I want it NOW

Mmmmm, cheesecake! Haven't had that in a very long time.

me neither! that place is so expensive and I don't settle for just any cheesecake. There's a place in downtown Brooklyn called Juniors and it blows the cheesecake factory's cheesecake out of the water. I haven't been there in a few years though. I live in the suburbs now so to take a 1 hr drive or train ride for cheesecake with two kids is just crazy. (However I have driven to Queens for Arby's on quite a few occassions, there are no Arby's where I live and it is truly sad :lol: )

he almost got into a southern backyard brawl after some hooligan went pee pee on his BBQ grill!

My head feels like it has a psi of a gajillion. So I went to a party last night and everyone was from West Virginia, they had their own homemade moonshine, so I had a few whiskeys in me before hand and started drinking that and more whiskey welp, before you know it I'm the town drunk. I came home( I live in a town house) to the neighbors (who is 23) teen bop underage kids drinking party. I go in the back to smoke a ciggy and look over and some kid is pissing on our grill so I ran out and started yelling at the kid and he wouldn't stop, so I started pushing him ,mind you this is the second time this has happened,I was gonna knock him out but the kid look like he weighed 120lbs soaking wet, plus his junk was hanging out

Ugh...I hear you brother Chris...I would have wolloped that punk and his entire party crew :angry: You sound like me and AAm...we too lived in a great townhouse we were renting for a year...and no one lived next to us for the first nine months...it was perfect. But, then a bunch of 23 year old punks rented the one next to us and they sound alot like your current neighbors...but 3 months later we had bought the house we have now and we're on an acre of land so no more worries :star:

Overall though, sounds like you had a great time! Happy New Year Bro!
