I'd love to see the Saints in the SB, but honestly, having 13 wins is a big deal. That's a first in franchise history.

Indeed it is! I remember way back when they were so bad, year after year, that their fans wore bags over their heads to the games  , and they were simply known as the 'Aints'

I have salt on my car.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

But it will be fun to watch the Manning brothers against each other. And of course, as a Saints fan, I love the fact that both of them were born in Nola when their dad was playing for the Saints! And of course, I'd like to see the Colts lose just one game too :)

My opinion is that Peyton Manning is a truly great quarterback. One classy act. However, his brother Eli is many many notches below him. Though Eli played well in their SB year, I've never been a fan of his since he used his Daddy to pull strings in his NFL draft so he didn't have to go play for the Browns (I think it was the Browns...it was some loser team). Eli's a baby

Ah yes, the days of the Schwegmann's bags.

And I agree, Eli is a baby. But it still would have been fun to see the two brothers against each other! And I'll still root for a Jets win on Sunday, for Chris, even though I know the chances are slim. But you never know.

Thank you, we need it.

Eli is def not his brother. He was supposed to go play for the Chargers, but he was a weenie. I just like Eli because the Giants beat the Pats. I hate, hate, hate the Pats.

Sorry BrotherC...but I'm also a Brady Fan...cuz...again...of the Big 10. I used to go watch him play at the University of Michigan's BigHouse when I was living in Detroit.

At least I'm consistent...I likez my Big 10 Quarterbacks....Breez y Brady...:goofy:

Both Breez and Brady really improved alot once they got in the NFL...they were both 'fair' when they were in college...

Oh, Bishop, Mrs. Brady?!?!? :)

Amby, I vote you'll make it to nap before shower!

So, I just read that Brittany Murphy died. And I somehow also missed that Chris Henry died...he was from Belle Chasse, Louisiana. I'm glad to be on Christmas break because that means for 2 weeks I can play on VJ, watch the news, and know what's going on in the world. Then I'll go back to my little bubble until I go to Paris in Feb.

Bishop -

Ugh...I blame my Dad. He always bought a car and 'kept it for life'...and that became a tradition that he passed on to me and my brother...hence, we keep our cars for at least 150,000 miles or more...until they really are completely beyond repair. I was living in Texas when I bought it and we didn't have much snow at all. And, believe it or not, it even did well in the Michigan winters because in Michigan they perpetually salt the roads (As Nagi can testify to!)...but here in Metro DC area...it has a bit of a tough time because we have less snow, but more black ice...

Anyways...in a about 10 days my car will be 16 years old...so it will be old enough (get ready for the punchline) old enough to drive! Get it? 16 years old / old enough to drive?
