my job just announced that we now have to make phone calls. if i wanted to talk to people, i would have worked in customer service. that is the one thing i hated about my job that i left over 4 years ago. now i have been in this company since 2005, and they just decided that we need to make phone calls.

earlier i worked at an insurance collector for a local hospital, where i would have to call health insurance companies, for payment (kind of like a bill collector for insurance company). i hated it. so then, in 2005 i left that job, and started this one on the same day. now i work for a health insurance company, where my job is to pay the claims, or reconsider and process denied claims. today they made an announcement that we will now have to call the hospitals

Nagi ~ I'm so not lazy but when I'm alone I buy myself a bag of chips, sour cream, dip mix and usually make myself a cold cut sandwich. Yesterday I had ham, cheese lettuce tomato and mayo with chips on it. I love putting chips on my sammiches

still can't walk. my legs are so swollen it looks like my knees have muffin tops above the wraps on them. I can't even push down the leg rest or stand up without someone helping me.

Len, I totally hear you . I have an annoying crazy judgmental family. However almost everyone always gets along with me. How? I have a 3 step process:

1. Ignore. (saying uh,huh and yeah over and over in a conversation works wonders too when you can't ignore).

2. Blow it off (it's not that important anyway, really).

3. Don't hold grudges. (When they're ready to act like human beings again don't bring up how they acted like morons).

However there are always going to be some family members that get under your skin to the point where you just can't deal. (In your case, la vaca and el cuñado). You don't have to talk to them at all. I have a cousin like that. She can kiss my butt and she's well aware of it.

I know you don't celebrate Christmas Len, but ... smile, drink your winter Starbucks blend, and smile because of all the pretty lights on people's houses. My best friend (an atheist) says the one thing she appreciates about Christmas is the winter Starbucks blend. She still buys my kids Christmas presents every year only because she likes giving them Nerf guns so they can attack their mother. Haz a happy Len!! We you.
