They ask fo 3 years of tax info. I submitted one years worth of actually tax forms and 3 years worth of tax transcripts. ( The tax transcripts are free )

No. You only submit the I129F, the biometrics and proof that you have met in person within the past 2 years when initially filing.

The tax information is submitted post approval (NOA2) and either by post or in person at interview, depending your embassy/consulate's protocols.
