i send the I 129 F last 11/16/2009. when i checked it online it says it was missent to Nashua, NH. this evening i checked it online it says arrived to SAINT ALBANS, VT 05478 but the real zipcode is 05479 so i was confused between this. and now i realized i forgot to put ATTN: 129 F. what would i do now? do u think it will be in the I 129 F department? to the right person who is incharged of the I 129 F? do i need to call and ask?

any suggestions will help. thanks!

I think you should wait a little while, at least until you receive your NOA1...that will tell you that it was received by the 'right person'. Relax, give it a little time. :)

how did you send it ? ( USPS , DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS )

and

exactly what address did you use ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I live right across the lake from the VSC. St Albans has two zip codes, one is for regular mail and one is for PO boxes (in case you thought it was big enough for two REAL zip code zones...NO!) It is the same post office and everyone in St Albans know where the VSC is, 10% of the population works there.

It will get there. They all go to the same "department" for sorting. See the pinned topic above for a discussion with the VSC director about what happens to your petition at VSC
