Anyone know of another internet/cable service provider in the Louisiana area besides Cox...?

WHAT IS FIOS!! The internets of internets. Fiber optic connection to your house. AKA ridiculously fast internet and crystal clear TV.

However, you may be in an AT&T area out there, so you will not get it.

Just dawned on me this morning that i should check out FIOS... i don't know if it is in this area, but worth a try...

i find Cox down here to be overpriced for the bare minimum... and last night they cut off my service because of an admin error... just cut it off just like that... <_<

Wish we could have a satellite, but i'm renting in an apt complex right now, and no satellites allowed... :(

Can't wait to move into a house someday.......
