Perhaps, but there has been one he!! of alot of touching going on over there.

In my mind, the excessive touching does not support the theory that preliminary processing is all that has been accomplished.

If indeed the idea that moving your file from one stack to another is justification for a touch, it is no wonder we have not seen any approvals. They are just making themselves look busy???

I hope this is not true though...I am reaching the very end of my tolerance....

This news comes as no big surprise. CSC sent RFE's out in no particular order, so adjudication would follow suit.

VSC seems to randomly approve, why not CSC?

Well, true. But it's #######, really.

The notion that they are just getting around to adjudication, seems to run counter to the messages we received after receipt of the RFE. If the case processing was largely complete, as the message infers, then adjudication should be nothing more than a "rubber stamp" and an e-mail. No?

I read on another thread (I forget where) that pre-processing only meant that the case was given a number, the check cashed, and that all documents were in order. That it wasn't actually 'processed'.

This thread was bad for me....it means I will be looking at the USCIS website every 15 minutes with some slim expectation there was a touch or update....hmmm. Lets hope the wait is a short one.

my RFE was Received by CSC on the 29th of june...got the official email that they have gotten it on the 30th... all this anticipation... uuuuuugh! hahaha

yeah, i got my rfe on the 28th. sent it back that day, and got my email confirmation on 07/03. hope to see something soon !

This is bitter sweet becuase we will be approved long before others who began this journey before us. I only hope that CSC gets the ball rolling soon and in a BIG WAY! Thanks for the news!
