I'm trying to help a friend to file his I-751 and the following copies that have both his name and his wife.

Passport and citizen

Airline ticket

Health insurance

Vehicle insurance

Checking & Saving statements

Title of our car

Birth certificates of our children

Tax statement 2007 & 2008

Pay stubs

Letters from our companies

Marriage certificate

Real estate property taxes

Driver license

Social secure number of 2 children and spouse

Family photos

Home title

Is there anything else that they should submit along with I-751? How many photos they need to submit as well?

Appreciate for your help

Do we have to write a short description for each photo?

We wrote the names of the people on the pictures, the date, and location - basically the same as the K1 and AOS.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

I don't believe so; however, the cover letter example here on VJ did so we decided to. I don't think it's necessary.
